Possibility to play Offline (no steam)?

Im on holiday next 3 weeks, the game looks like Amberstar, Ambermoon from golden Amiga time, and i like to order it, but is it possibly to play it without steam connection?

If your buy it via Steam, you need a Steam connection. I beleive you can get the boxed version too.

Not necessarily, you can set Steam into offline mode, allowing you to play many games without internet access. Some however simply won't work and "have" to phone home constantly.

Would be interesting to me as well, since I'm currently stuck in hospital and mobile internet is expensive...and slow...;)

Yes. You can play it offline. If you start Steam without internet connection it gives you the option to play offline and LoX runs perfectly.

When you come to be online the stats and achievements (and cloud) will be synchronized again.
