Performance problems
I get 22 fps on a i5-4570 with 12GB ram and a GTX 970. That can't be normal. Is that normal? Is that a bug?

That does not sound normal. The game is designed to run at 30 fps on nearly any system. I'm not sure what would cause that. Sorry.

Is it capped at 30?

FX - 8350 @ 4.6GHz and R9 290, 22 fps, inexcusable.

"inexcusable" Then, if it's so easy, make a game that will work on every PC...

There's a difference between working on 'every pc' and working on pcs which meet the minimum specs. Never have I had such an ridiculous and gamebreaking issue that other poeple have, which the developers do not address.

If I buy this game and it does not work on my computer despite meeting the minimum specs, I am fully entitled to complain about it as much as I like, give it as bad a review as I like, and whale on the developers as much as I like, until they fix it.

Instead of doing that, of course, I'm merely contributing to these discussions and giving a short and to the point review, in hopes the developers hear us and fix it.

TL;DR: The performance itself is not what's inexcusable. The lack of developer support is.
