Managed to bypass it by choosing a different preset but oof there are like stretched out textures (idk what to call them) popping up all around me. Same thing happened in MGS3 too

5090, 9800X3D. Game is unplayable, instant crashes when selecting highest settings, lowering the preset to balanced causes constant artifacting. Nice, insane they can't have someone test the game to see if it even runs outside of the PCs they used to make it. Waiting for patch or drivers I guess.
