GOT ACCOUNT CHANGED

my friend logged out of the game and he relaunched it and now hes on a completely different fresh account and has lost access to his actual account does anyone know how he can get back into his original account we've tried to logging out again but its just keeps giving him the lvl1 account any help would be great

Im the friend in question, I did submit a report to customer service but I havent heard back yet but ill let you guys know. Also if you have a friend that has your original account added for your tagline that would probably help just in case.

this garbajee of company probably won't be of anyhelp. Tried to delete app data and the game, but it says my netease account is bound with a lvl 1 one, and my original lvl 22 is simply gone. XD

If you are linking multiple accounts with game data, you will be asked to select the account with the game data you wish to use. Game data from unselected accounts will become temporarily inaccessible after linking. Rest assured, we are working on providing updates so that you can re-access the temporarily inaccessible game data in the future.
If you do not wish to link to other platform accounts, please close the page. You can link your accounts later by going to "Settings" → "Link other platforms".

so i assume theyre gonna fix it ? but in their own time ig, like ive already levelled up another account because they have taken so long
