Can someone tell me exactly what research I need for this? I have A14 and I've researched pretty much everything but I don't have "sift components" at the machining table. The benches are available but I can't make them without the parts.

mechanic table -> search components. should be 3rd option from above.

traders can also sell computer parts.

The problem you are likely having, is that the mod has really strange tie-ins with technology sets. You need a really late game tech involving medical stuff (bionics-Vandicum production) or something along the lines.

This is what my game ended up needing, though i don't know if it's the same for you, also, if you use the help tab on the bottom of the game and search the item in the bar it'll bring up a thing for where the task is and what techs are required prior to having it available.

My game is saying it needs the robotic assembler to assemble computer components, but the bench itself requires computer components. I suppose I have to trade for them huh.
