got banned from the Community Discord server, lol

someone reported me for having the word (Anti-♥♥♥♥) in my AboutMe.
This was enough to get me banned permanently and All of my appeal was rejected claiming that (This server is not for you) meanwhile i have been there for more then a year.

can't wait to get banned here for discussing this aswell.

Yeah, like the recent tendency I've noticed of not disclosing punishment reasons (like bans and such) for "privacy", rofl.

Discord moderators are a special kind of outcast snowies that will smack anyone with a permanent ban if they feel slightly offended, which they always do if you don't butter their biscuit as they are borderliners and drama queens. Best is to not use their trash servers in the first place.

You think attitudes like that are limited to discord? Good luck dodging it on forums or anywhere else.

Although, to be (sort of) fair, forums, discord servers, steam, and all those sorts of places AREN'T democratic or places of boundless freedom. They are, quite literally, owned by individuals who can say what they want. It's sort of like walking into someone's backyard then getting annoyed when they don't let you yell at their kid even though their kid just tossed a ball through your window. They're supporting their kid because it's THEIR's.

Yes, it's kind of horrifying to think that people are so accepting of supporting the development of echo chambers everywhere, but at the same time its the same thing that lets people create places for themselves in the first place.

Other way around so use to pushing the edge for "funny" you guys forget there stupid rules all over you agree to join groups and what not lol. Its my fave "you guys know they don't like poltics and edgy ♥♥♥♥!" No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ its on the rules they got posted "Internet has rules oh ♥♥♥♥ i might be in trouble!" Removing someone from discord isn't the issue, that is perfectly fair being it a private server (despite the naming "community server"), it's the reasoning for it that's creating problems.

And honestly who cares about the community server itself, it's the bigger picture that's worrying (and it follows the same "principles" hence my comments).

im okay with it, i was never active in the first place, but its kinda weird getting banned even tho i did literally nothing in the server.
