Was remove hediff....removed?
I dont see the option under dev mode anymore. Not even under the pawn health tab. Cant heal pawns now since heal random injury doesnt work

I don't see the option in dev mode, but I've always just used Character Editor to remove them when needed since it's easier.

Enable God Mode - click the pawns health tab.

The option to remove hediffs is now on that tab. Little red medical symbol to the side.

You need to enable God Mode, and the ability to remove the hediffs is in the health tab. Your screen shot has God Mode off.
