Animal carry capacity (Caravan)

I'm trying to change some existing mod to decrease the animal carrying capacity. I only find "CarryingCapacity" but this is with hauling and not caravan hauling. What is the value called?

I believe it is an indirect stat derived entirely off of body size. I don't know if there is any way to manually adjust it on an individual pawn type, I do know changing how it functions requires coding as opposed to xml edits. I have a mod that changes it to be derived off carrying capacity and that mod is entirely dll based.

Does this work for modded animals?

I believe it works for everything. It's a very tiny mod, I took a look at the code it just sets mass capacity to a multiplier of carrying capacity. I specifically use it so I don't have to use caravan animals though, so I can't 100% say it works with all modded animals, but I'd be willing to bet it does.

This mod seems very overpowered to me, the contrary to what i'm looking for unless you can modify the numbers yourself.

Functionally the mod does nothing (usually) until you start installing bionics, or use some other modded method to increase carrying capacity, then it just increases the caravan capacity in-line with added carrying capacity in a way that makes sense. It can be OP if you use OP mods along with it, which I tend to do, so my colonists with like 200-300 carrying capacity actually reflect that on a caravan.

I wasn't necessarily suggesting this mod for your use when your intention is to lower caravan capacity though. Then again I supposed what you could do is use the mod and then edit the animals you have issues with to have lower carrying capacity, which would in theory give them lower caravan capacity. Or you could ignore the mod and just edit said animals to have a lower body size, similar effect, but would also nerf their combat effectiveness (body part HP).
