Meditate?

how do i get my pyscast colonists to meditate? i have two they are tribal i looked at the meditations which they are able to use and both have the same Anima tree, nature shrine (they are tribal) thrones (which they have they just dont use since the update) and graves which i also have but they never seem to use them or build any power to use the abilities

OH my god thank you i had no idea that was a thing i never check the schedule page unless i get a night owl colonist lol i have set it now hopefully they start to meditate now
