Ive had ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ muscle parasites for over 20 days now, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things wont go away. Is my game broken or what? Its making this run with my one damn tribal a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare.

Muscle Parasites require a total "treatment quality" of 300%. That is, if you treat the pawn three times at 100%, five times at 50% or 30 times at 10%, the Hedef will go away.

If you're self-tending, then you're already taking a 30% reduction to tend quality. Factor in that you're likely using Herbal Medicine and your pawn might not be the best doctor, I'm not surprised it's taking a long time to remove the parasites.

The kicker with muscle parasites are how long they can last. They aren't fully debilitating like the plague can be, but they last a lot longer. They eventually will go away.

Well the whole run is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ now, despite going so well until the broken stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ parasites because the pain has caused a catatonic state. Stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game made by stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people.

Took me 17 attempts before I survived for a while so don't think you've got it easy, Yet again; I'm using a lot of mods but still.

You intentionally set up a scenario in which you have one pawn and minimal technology. There's a REASON why Rich Explorer is listed as Very Hard: having only a single pawn is EXTREMELY dangerous, precisely because of such things.

In other words, stupid f-ing scenario made by f-ing stupid people. The game developers had nothing to do with it.

Turns out playing an already hard game on a harder difficulty can lead to losing.

Since this is somehow a major shock, I recommend playing games with literally no lose conditions.
