No content in there. Bascially just a kickstarter bundle that you can still purchase if you really want to. Used to be cheaper, but too many people were still buying it, so they raised the price. People were still buying it (fewer though.) If you look in the News section you will see that the Dev has stated this will be going away soon.
Btw, none of the DLC have any content. You get the full game for the $30.
It'd probably be helpful if Steam started a new category for things other than actual DLC. But for now I believe that is the only way to list them.
This looks like Dwarf Fortess and I might get it.

Also if you looking to buy this game you should it is good
Don't choose to wait til release as it will increase in price upon release.
Futhermore it already a really flushed out game and can already give many triple AAA"s a run for their money so you are getting your money back in the hours of fun you get form this game.
