How to get the damn disk?

Seriously I have done the mission a few times where I gety the disc, but I meet goons that just trigger him to run away and I got no way to catch up with him. I cant seem to find a sneaky patch since there is one way only.
What do I do?? or am I extremly unlucky?
Its for the big hesit by the way.

Use bricks to lure goons to you then melee them or use silenced weapons . you just need to get close enough to the target to kill him and quickly grab the disc then run.

They say deal is underway and almost done, stresses me out. Is there a time limit or they fake pressure?

I personally dont know ive been able to take him out in time with a few retries.. id say try not to rush it at the same time try to find a weak link in the number of goons. just try to get close enough so you can put him down fast if memory serves me right the meeting should be held in a diner and i usually found the right side of the map to be a lot easier to sneak past.. if im wrong apologies

You do have a few minutes (not too long) but a VERY good idea would be to bring either shurikens or a silenced weapon anyway, so you can create a path towards your target much quicker. As you did mention, the map is FULL of enemies so you just can't sneak through all of them, you have to kill them in quick succession.
Keep in mind shuriken kills make less noise but it recharges after every throw, a silenced gun you can shoot multiple times but you still make some noise when you kill thugs.

I have always gotten the garage level to get the disk and i just use the stairs on the outside, fewer guards to distract before you get to the roof, from there you can just go loud if you want.
just make sure to get the runner first or have a backup waiting for him outside.

I just wait for him on his escape route so that I can magdump him at least twice.

If you have someone with ghost perk, you can melee groups of 3 or 4 with a club/bat/katana, before they raise an alarm.

There is a time limit but you shouldnt be trying to clear every guard on the way to the meeting spot. As long as you don't sprint directly in front of someone the game gives you a lot of room to walk around guards. I will say though, stealth isnt always possible on those deal missions but in the case of the disk heist, you can fail that first mission and still do the rest of the quest line. In fact, you get a lot more story missions after that heist for doing so (They're even required for the "complete Wiz' story" achievement)

As for tips on how to get through those case missions once they go loud; get your hands on the case, stay down and let some waves of police fight the gang for you. Just make sure you don't end up between the two groups or fighting only the gang or only police by yourself, let them fight each other. If you lack damage, try to find a shotgun on one of the officers or swat guys. Shotguns are extremely powerful and further range than you'd expect. Just about every shotgun except the pump shotgun will work.

When I get a briefcase mission (informant to police) I rush to the target, wait until they are somewhere not close to anyone else, rush up, kill or subdue them, take briefcase and run away before any1 notices.
Works 50% of the time.

If it's just a meeting case, it's usually in a rather secluded area like a roof, so just annihilate enemies near the fire escape stairs and go up.
i use bricks to lure away 1 at a time and subdue them or just kill them off in a bunch.
Plenty of time to lure though.
