Black screen in multiplayer and zombies. How to fix this?

2nd day of this problem. I have black screen in multiplayer and zombies and can't play online or custom games. I can't see specialists and weapons. WTF is going on activision! Guys! How to fix?

To help stop big fps drops, freezes, black screens, or kicks to desktop:
Locate the game's exe file.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty - Infinite Warfare\iw7_ship
Right-click it, and go to Properites/Compatibility tab.
Check the box for Disable Fullscreen Optimizations.
Click OK.

Justin, i delete this files and upload update again but i still have this problem. Look at my screen http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=973614901
I can't play online and custom games, and when i leave the game or change settings this game crush. Idk what i need to do.

when renewing firewall rules delete current exceptions from both windows firewall and any antivirus program firewall and regrant access when starting the game (hit ALT+ENTER to make desktop visible) in the case of the ingame updates you may have missed you need to navigate to the

steamapps/common/callofdutyIW/main

folder on the drive you have steam installed and delete the two toc cache files within

(toc1.dcache & toc0.dcache kill them both)

really if you have missed an update then you are probably best to try the later first as you are likely to need to repeat the first suggestion after any ingame updates, its just a ♥♥♥ like that.
