cant play the game

when i start infinite warfare it`s fine, but whenver i enter zombies or multiplayer the background is black (i can move the mouse and select other gamemodes) if i try to go back to the main menu, the game freezes or it crashes when i enter a game, what do i do to fix this?

Anti virus maybe? If so just temp turn off your antivirus shield and it should help

What is your software firewall?
What is your internet router and modem (or gateway device)?

i Had the same problem... I was using Avast antivirus program.. I just uninstalled it.. and then it worked fine. Now im using Avira.

it is 100% antivirus. Avg done the same thing to me. Uninstall it and it will work and maybe try use another softeware
