Infinite warfare won't play
I bought call of duty infinite warfare because I like the cod series of games. It played fine about the first week I owned it, but then all of the sudden quit playing. When I click on the game to play it, it says something about safe mode and then it gets to where when I click on campaign or zombies I can watch the cut scenes but then it just sits there with the bar about 98% loaded and won't move. I have tried everything from redoing my whole system to uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and even turning off the avg anti virus. I have also tried a clean boot of my system so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever noticed that the ones who say stuff like this have a private profile and never give system specs, seems fishy to me.

Ok so looks like you are playing with close to minimum specs, ever consider that? Not a insult, just saying, I do see you say that it played when it first came out, but since it came out there have also been about 6 driver updates for my card, Im sure you have kept up with all that right? Is that MSI card of yours a card or in a laptop and shared memory. Must be a reason it played and now does not. The game is MUCH larger now to load since all the updates so that could be a factor if your ram is hogged by something.

yaya just adding this, both ram and video are minimum.

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7 64-Bit or later
Processor: Intel Core i3-3225 @ 3.30GHz or equivalent
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 70 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 11 Compatible
Additional Notes: Disk space requirement may change over time.

A lot of ppl have the same problem since one of the last update, apparently there is no solution, just wait until the admins fix it with a new update

Huh......., I don't know but what you can do is put your settings on lowest and see if it helps? Just guessing....:wasted:

well the last update really did ♥♥♥♥ up the servers bad all lag fest and witht he anti virus just turn it off Avast and AVG are the main problem and upgrade your system ram to 16GB because your ♥♥♥♥ has only 8 and it can't keep up because your other programs need ram to opperate your game correctly, revalidate the files, and reason your game won't load is you need a minimum of 4GB on your video card so. my specs are

CPU: AMD FX 9590 8 core at 4.7GHz
Motherboard, ASUS sabertooth 990FX AM3+
Crossfired RX 480s 8GB each GDDR5
and 32GB Ram at 2400MHz

so with your nvidia gtx card is your p[roblem same with the System memory

Ya, thats what I just said......BUT even with a bios update his machine may be at its max with 8GB. A high end video card with 4GB or more would help at low settings. I too share close to the same machine as you with less video but I can play fine at max settings.

AMD FX-9590 8 core 5 ghz - 32gb ram - GTX-970 4 gig - H100i GTX Liquid cooler - 750 Watt Power supply - Windows 10 yes I am over clocked a little with no problems.

The problem is the antivirus, it is not enough to disable it, you have to include the game in your list of exceptions.
I had the same problem, I have the AVAST antivirus and I solved it as well.
