No English Audio in Asia Versions?
Well, just as many others want their EU/NA versions to have Japanese audio, I prefer listening to what the characters are saying rather than being distracted by subtitles. Please tell me the 30gb vs 60gb issue is not because the Asian versions don't have English? This is highly ridiculous. 99% of Asia doesn't speak or understand Japanese. Goodness.

At the moment it is looking so, the Asia store page is only showing Japanese at the moment. I honestly do feel sorry for you guys, we've seen multiple people asking for English Audio and I hope it gets fixed. Obviously it's possible to add in the other audio so maybe they will add it in at a later date.

The 30gb vs 50gb is the addition of the Japanese audio in the English version. The Asian version does not have dual audio, no English audio.

Yeah it's confimed our Asian version has only one audio even though we paid almost the same price from the store. If I knew this I would have gotten the game from GMG where I could have paid less after conversion. This is ridiculous!

Totally, I've played every FF in English my entire life. I'm sure this isn't a licensing issue. I thought it would be common sense to release EN for Asia as well if they are allowing Japanese in NA/EU. Of course it's definitely possible to add the EN audio in.

I doubt they will add it. They should have just released the standard 60GB client worldwide and this problem would not be an issue!

Don't forget that the Asia version not only has less audio content now, but also an IP block that dictates where it can be played.

I'd urge everyone with an Asia copy to get it refunded and then get an NE copy via trading/gifting, etc.

Let Square Enix Japan see mass refunding. That might finally remind them they need to listen to their customers.

When did you request for your refund and how long did it take them to respond?

I used the auto-refund feature of Steam. It's in Account Details > Store Transactions. It's instant, but it only refunds to the Steam wallet and is only available for pre-orders. It may be disabled if you've pre-loaded though.

Well if you have both you have the option to delete the other one you don't need but we don't :-(
