Bug report; "Novigrad, Closed City" quest
Not sure if CDPR read these awful forums or not but if they do I'd like to report that the quest I've named in the title does not enter a "completed" stage, regardless of whether or not the player has found all three keys and opened the safe.

Seen quite a few other people with a similar issue. Just thought I'd point it out.

Quest is definitely bugged... I manged to get the key from walter, however the rest of the quest seemed bugged.... As in the third part - 2/3 suggested people are found and the third one is MIA.

Found all three keys. Looted the chest. Quest ended in failed later though.
Yeah. Bugged indeed :/
