Probably MKIceandFire? He makes full playthroughs without commentary.
It's just got wayyy more of the back and forth conversation elements than I expected. Like every time I talk to some random villager it ends up being five minutes.. lol
Yeah I suppose that's true. This must be what it feels like to be someone who doesn't like GOT.. lol. And thanks for the playthrough suggestion.
Maybe Ill try that, I have enjoyed the main story from what I have seen, but I heard that a lot of the side quests actually contribute to the whole story so I felt like I shouldn't miss them. Next person who asks me to find their lost kitchen ware I'll tell to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥.. lol
I expected it to be amazing, and got the main game + the 2 big DLCs for $25 on sale.
What you need to remember is that games like Witcher 3 are rather slow paced. The game encourages you to take it slow and absorb the world. It's not for everyone, especially not for people who prefer a fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled experience. I'd say it's not even a game you finish in days or weeks. You gotta take it slow with this game.
Unless you wanna do everything in one sitting.
That it can't be everyones cup of tea is obvious.
It's still a masterpiece in my mind since good story- and worldbuilding with believable characters, atmosphere, music, voice-acting...(blabla you know the ramble) is tremendously difficult to find nowadays. The only other game I know comes close is mass effect. But for those who don't care about those aspects and rather play something quick it feels uninteresting of course. Don't force yourself playing sth that feels uninteresting it just ruins the experience from the start.
watching a no commentary playthrough wouldn't really help. everyone is different so the choices that a certain player will make, you wouldn't the player to have chosen. Furthermore this game is long. on "how long to beat" the witcher gets a 50 1/2 hours for just the main story. It will probably be even more boring, so you're better off just doing something else.
It's a game - a piece of modern entertainment. No consequence whatsoever whether you like it or not.
This seems much more like an open invitation for further argument over something subjective which is totally pointless. There's no way anyone can "prove" that one color is better than another, nor that one game is better entertainment than another one is.
The game is OK to you. Period. Play it or don't.
n0mad23 stated it perfectly.
Unlike some people who like and some people who hate the game I feel it is idiotic to try to argue with someone over their own feelings on the game.
Also like n0mad3 stated video games are subjective. that inherently means while i like something you may not and what you may like i may not.
I am content with leaving it at that. Which is pretty much the only smart thing one can do. A lesson many people on this forum need to remind themselves of.
