What resolution are you playing on ?
I have a Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 4060 and my GPU is constant at 100% usage (in WQHD, all settings maxed and 66-100% scaling).
same rig 3060 12gb + 5600x
SSD NVMe + 32 gb ram
i have 100% gpu utilization
The bottleneck will occur in one of the cores, not across all of them.
I'm having some issues with the i7-10700K. The overall CPU usage is at 30%, but one of the cores is at 85%. So, it’s a CPU bottleneck / poor optimization for these older CPUs.
