what is the purpose of this enemies. do they drop a skill or just by doing H-stuff can get the skill ? don't know how the mutant mechanic works.

A virgin run is possible in this game ?

Mutant gives more exp when killed.
In post game (endless nightmare), they also drop the purple Mammon Ore, which functions both as a currency and crafting material.

While possible, there is no virgin end. And you hamper yourself in acquiring skills. Stealing from enemy during H is a major source of new skills.

In the current mechanics, losing your virginity is a player's mistake! To lose your virginity, you have to lose all your SP... and this is very difficult for me, usually I have about two-thirds SP, very rarely about one-fourth.

Lollipop, water, chocolate, donut, apples and such can restore SP.
And lollipop drops fairly often.

Late game, the passive can restore your SP quick enough that you can spam Inferno every fight.
