A little hint about what's next.
We're not ready to announce the next game yet because we really want to blow the doors off with a cool trailer and show all the neat stuff we've been working on.

But I sort of couldn't help it and posted a teensy-tiny hint of some of the things we are doing in a FB thread.

I'll drop it here too. Thanks for spending time with us!

Thank you to everyone who has played Rebel Galaxy :) We're having a lot of fun with this next project.......

We need more space sims..seems like there is a lack of them these days. Sure there are older ones but something new is always a welcome addition, especially from such a solid developer that gave us Rebel Galaxy. Thanks for the sneak peek! :D

Looks great! I hope there are more view options though... not a fan of the whole cockpit view, especially with the whole "beauty of space" thing going on.

I don't think you have to worry.

the UI looks really similer to "Wings of Saint Nazaire"

Howard Day - the artist/creator of Wings of Saint Nazaire - works with us now. :)

Now that looks a nice fast paced space sim, Bring it on guys can't wait.

ONE Question... Are you going VR or any plans to add a VR Mode as well a normal mode?

We have a wait and see attitude to VR. Just not enough customers to justify it yet. I did a VR prototype of Rebel Galaxy early in development and it was fine, but UI is a pain. We will be better situated to support it this time out, but there are just so few headsets out there....

Also I get nauseous after 20 minutes. :P

VR does mean that steam might push the game more, though. they seem to like promoting VR stuff. if it's not too expensive to develop, might be strategic for marketing purposes.

It's pretty expensive to develop in terms of time. Basically every interface and HUD must have a separate design for VR. Things like cinematics or conversations don't work 'normally' and you have to build more of every set (I can look up now! And behind myself!) And there just aren't very many people to buy it. http://steamspy.com/app/448280 - Job Simulator was given out with every Vive, and you can see how many copies are out there...

124,021 Yeah, not even television networks would support a series if those were the viewer numbers. Anything less than 700K and series usually get canned, at least on the CW.

HTC Vive 0.23% of Steam users have a Vive. Not even half a percent have a Vive.
