how do find the tutorial the link dont work and the tutorial missions dont teach anything what so ever so im stuck

You'll have to read the PDF manual in the game's directory. This isn't exactly a game you can just hop into. :V

I believe there may be tutorial videos in the game's directory too, but I don't know how much help they'll be exactly.

There´s some tutorials on YouTube. Just type in "Janes 688i". You could also check out the Subsim and Subguru forums.

The game originaly came with a very nice hard cover handbook of about 250 pages or more, cant remember now, so it´s not a simple sim, besides Sonalysts is a real comapny that has to do with sonar. But don´t let that scare you, look at the YT videos and take your time, you will get the hang of it.

Basicaly it´s the same thing for 688i He is using the Los Angeles class SSN for his tutorials which is the class used in 688i. There might be somethings that are not available for 688i, but it will still help you on knowing how it all works.

The tutorial mission One Step at a Time is the tutorial mission apart from the training missions where you can play around more freely. The idea is that the tutorial missions should be played with the help of the game's manual: ...\688(I) Hunter-Killer\Manual\SCS-688(I)Manual.pdf

If you are completely new to this game, follow the instructions in Chapter 1, and if you've got a lot of experience already, instead read Chapter 5, they both use the same mission but with assistant officers disabled in the advanced tutorial.

There are six short commentated tutorial videos in ...\688(I) Hunter-Killer\Tutorial\ but they don't tell everything.
