Unable to create a profile

When I press confirm while creating a profile nothing happens so I can't play the game. Please help.

really arhh man that sucks while you wait you should check out "Tree of life" I mean it looks crazy but once you see how much is going on in there it may interest you it's like a quirky survival game based upon a friendly online with the choice to go to war where ever you wish but i'd leave that for last, get towns built, create alliances and once there is 50+ of you then the path to war can be thought about. I dunno if ur like it but it is worth checking out.

Meanwhile, try verifying your game files. WIth Steam games, it often happens that some files get corrupted.

Yes that's a problem with Windows 7 when you install Steam in C:\Program Files.
