Problems with monitor ['"input not supported"']
I'm launching the game and there's only black screen and the moving square with '"input not supported" phrase on it. How can I change in-game resolution or frequency?

Monitor - Acer AL1716 (60-75Hz)
Videocard - GeForce 9500 GT
Windows XP

Thank you.

Interesting - I think your monitor is reporting a compatible resolution that it can't actually handle, and Windows XP might be complicating things (people don't make drivers for it anymore).

I haven't tried this, click at your own risk and all that, but here's one I was able to google:

Let me know if a new monitor driver helps.

There's a chance that the GeForce drivers allow for faking other resolutions too; you might want to poke around those settings.

I have a few ideas that I'll poke at on my end too, but if any of these help, let me know!

I decided not to install drivers yet. But, weirdly enough, Alt+Enter does the work. Fullscreen mode is still unreachable, but windowed (Alt+Enter) mode works great. Waiting for your updates. And, by the way, the game is very enjoyable to play :)

Thank you for replying immediately.

Hey no worries! And thanks for letting me know about Alt-Enter, I didn't even know our game had that feature, haha! :D

Adding it to the list!

I'll still try to find a way to make it work properly for you though.

Hi twain! I've just pushed a build to the experimental channel that might fix this, can you let me know if it works for you?

Thank you! Fullscreen is working now; resolution is right. But. WIth launching appears vertical black stripe on the far right side. So, it looks like the picture is moved a little bit to the left, if you know what I mean. I'll try to make a screenshot.

I guess the problem lies in the resolution. From the green writing on the start screen (top right) I noticed that current game resolution is 1280x720, 75Hz while my own resolution is 1280x1024, 75Hz. It can explain the stripe. Screenshots are totally normal, by the way :)

Disregard. I'm a big dummy) All I needed to do was to adjust some settings on my actual monitor. Everything works fine now. Waiting for your big updates!

Glad it worked for you, twain!
