The map still feels a little small compared to the really big YAMP maps that used to work. :(
what bothers me the most is that i found no places for dam placements none (i have cities on mainly rivers) i remember it was the same back in the old earth official map
i wonder now if its not in here because of reasons? perhaps the standard game doesnt have those i donno, i guess i will go back to YAMP unless i missed some settings...
I feel like there should be a way for the vikings to get to the new world.
There are a lot of natural wonders missing. Makes you wonder why they even bother creating them all.
Japan is still stupidly small, so is korea. It feels like a shame, they didn't really try to adjust size areas for playability like a lot of the better world maps do. i.e. the sahara is like 1/3 of africa. Yeah, but.
Likewise with the asian and north american tundra. Yeah. It's like that. Lots of space you're not gonna want to put anything in. :\
Haven’t tried one yet, but if the mod has an issue post-update, I’d anticipate it gets fixed fairly promptly.
I was hoping firaxis finally fixed it. Maybe they did and this is their effort for a huge map. But the biggest YAMP maps were like 2x bigger than this.
