I don't know about your setup, but I've encountered the same issue. I have a 144hz monitor, but as soon as I set my refresh rate to 60hz and restarted the game, the gem moved just fine. I hope this helps.

I was having the same issue, I fixed it by going to Options > Graphics Settings, and turning off Full Screen.

I can confirm I had this issues as well, also having my resolution set to 120Hz. Just temporally went into windowed to pass it.

I have this too, 120hz glitch strikes again

Interestingly, I ran this game fullscreen at 1920x1080 @ 120Hz and did NOT have this issue. Using an NVidia card. Maybe it's a vsync issue? Mine's set to be forced on.

Just ran into the same bug. The gem gets stuck on one of the pins that stick out from the labyrinth surface. Had to change around the graphics settings a lot to get past the pin.

Sam thing here, thanks for that

Had the same issue on my 120hz monitor but as I have a dual monitor setup I could easily move the window (playing in window mode) over to my 60hz monitor where it worked flawlessly. All this without doing anything to the game itself.

I'm happy to say I had NO porblems whatsoever with this puzzle! ;v)

+1 changed from 120hz to 60hz to beat the game. gg

Having the issue too. 1920 x 1080 @144Hz. Will try 60Hz

Edit - no way to change the Hz in the game so had to change my PC's display properties. Setting it at 60Hz allowed me to finish the game. At higher Hz, it's as though the gem is 'sticking' against a wooden peg - those small pins sticking out of the wood.

I had the same problem. Changeing from 144 Hz to 60 Hz fixed it. Strange bug. Or maybe it was an extra puzzle for us cool people with high Hz monitors :)

Way easier than changing the Hz of your monitor. And you can do it on the go. Run into the bug, turn off full screen in the game menu and the problem is solved. :D:
