Patch 1.03 Notes (June 19)
We've just released a new patch, and it's live now! Thank you all for continuing to report bugs and issues on these forums. Remember, including as much detail as possible, along with any relevant screenshots, replays, or a dxdiag, is very helpful in the bug fixing process.

Patch Notes[/b]

Multiplayer Scenario Functionality

  • We had scenarios and scripts working in solo games, but they were not functioning in multiplayer. This has been frequently requested by the community, and we now have a fix in place to make scenarios work.

Nuke Effect Bug

  • A subset of users were reporting graphical errors that persisted into the next game when leaving a match while a nuke was going off. This has been fixed.

Alt-Tab on Multiple Monitors

  • Fixed an issue where users with multiple monitors had their game clients restore to the wrong monitor after alt-tabbing.

FPS Issues with Water

  • Fixed issues that resulted in FPS drops when looking at water.

Lobby Refresh

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in lobbies not refreshing when users entered the lobby browser.

Twitch Integration Issues

  • Fixed issues that resulted in crashes when using Twitch integration.
  • Note that the QA team is still reporting a few issues surrounding Twitch functionality, and we'll continue to investigate.

Attrition/Healing Animations

  • Users will now see the in-game visual effects of healing and attrition

Thanks, PREZSTEVE; I keep hoping that the next update will be the one that will solve my start-up crash problem. Again, as I have already posted a couple of times.

My game still crashes after the intro video (the video, btw, doesn't play now (& didn't play after Patch 1.02 either) -- just music on an alternating green and black screen, blank). Error message after ESC from the video: BHG RTS run time error / Could not create textures.

My system:

CPU: Intel duo core 4 GB RAM
OS: Vista Home Premium, Svc Pack 2 -- Build 6002
Video card: ATI Radeon HD 3650 -- driver still current, according to dxdiag.
DirectX Version: 11
Current RON Build: 303154

I have run all the Steam-recommended diagnostics, including "Verify integrity of game cache."

Did you guys fix the Healing in own territory which shows green now and if you are loosing attraction, u see brighter red....

you guys didnt mention this update but i watched a game today in recorded play back, and i noticed it...

Is this effect on multiplayer as well?

I did notice that I had to click refresh constantly to keep the lobby updated.
The old lobby used to auto-update, not just when it was loaded, but also every second.

Does this patch fix this, or just the initial refresh problem?

Where is this patch? I have not seen one single game in the lobby at all yet

Healing has always been green light effect and attrition always red light effect. It looks same as in old RoN for me. Please elaborate.
