@Dirtrubble. I doubt based on everything iv seen that its speculation. And I put it on here because I didnt see the other 9 threads before and I would like to put out there for people who may also have missed it.

No, not that it means anything on the internet anyways. These threads pop and all they do is prevent other people from getting help because their threads are being pushed down. Not to mention that there are other threads about this and there is no point to this one.

I expect to see Egosoft hiring graphic artists, modelers, texture designers and character animators next. Playing this gane I perceive an overhaul of programmers and few, very few artists, all working on exterior scenes.

I thought the fact that it doesn't support joystick yet supports 360 controller is pretty damning evidence in and of itself. Bernd explicitly stated in the reddit AMA that of course, joystick will be supported. Well yea, that's what you'd expect from a pc space sim....

Actually it is pissing me off quite a fair bit. I havent felt this ripped off in a long time. Or lied to this badly. And actaully I am educated in computer science, but not for programming. Im a network engineer.

Irrespective of my trade Im just as pissed as a lot of other people are and until some straight answers start coming out I will continue to be pissed off with EgoSoft.

I also dont care how many threads have been made about this. If id seen it before I would not have made one. Since youv seen 9 so far why did you bother to come in here bar just saying ♥♥♥ off ?

Egosoft deserves that extra boost in sales. The problem when you include consoles, is that the games on PC will suffer. Consoles have set hardware, makes it easier to design games for but compared to a gaming PC which can be constantly upgraded, they will never match it's power. Less power, usually means less game. AND we like our X games BIG.

I did come off as a jerk, sorry about that. Thus far a lot of these threads were trolling attempts and I found one way to effectively deal with it (personally) is trying to shut trolls down. Its obviously not working. I could be playing the game but I'm having CTD issues like a lot of other people but choose not to whine about it and instead actively report bugs and try to get this off the ground asap.

Its fine, a lot of nerves are frayed at the moment & the hot mess of the game doesnt have anything on the emotional rage going on in the forums right now.

I just hope that in a week or two there is more information coming from Egosoft about the direction they were trying to go down and perhaps an explanation of why this game appears to have been deployed at this current state.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do I want to have faith in these guys but there not making it easy right now by any stretch of the imagination.

This argument would be very valid if infact anyone tried to help someone. As it is there is no cure to issues and both here and ego forum consists of yesmans vs others.
