How to ungroup ?

Hello,

is there a shortcut or script to fastly ungroup things ? (so the opposite of the G shortcut)

I am playing a bagbuilding game awhere I put tokens in a bag and i want to make sure they are all ungrouped in the bag. So i draw them one by one and not a full group
