It is only a table, and you can spawn all cards, pieces and boards required to play some game.
Then to play it, you play exactly as you would in real life: by moving the pieces into place yourself.
As the name of the game implies, it is a tabletop "simulator"
Like Sekkuar666 said.
Example: You're playing Monopoly. You roll the dice - an 8 shows. The game will not move your piece for you, and enforce the possible consquences of what space you land on. The players - like in real life - interpret the results and conduct the game according to the rules.
The game itself is merely a platform for what you want to do. You're literally playing board and card games in a virtual setting - a simulated tabletop, if you will.
