You get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in all walks of life. I had a very good player quit a game earlier because I vetoed his callvote to kick a noobie.

My philosophy is that if you don't let the new / poorer players learn, the game will eventually die out.

You'd think putting the word "Public" in the server name would let players know they aren't going to be up against pros, but some people are simply ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

just join unranked servers. If playing on a ranked server, people expect some kind of decent levelled game. There was plenty of low elo ranked servers before ql went fully to steam. I'm sure they will pop up again.

From seeing you play, you're not a bad player. I actually think it's up to the admin of servers to change the atmosphere to the better. Give the nice people op and so on and make sure the regulars has it. So there's always some op around.
