Thank you!
Its good to see the modding community still develop for the game, despite its age. However I immediately noticed some inaccuracies, which I would like to report.

Ceasar's Legion, not Ceaser's. They should be a military dictatorship, as according to the Fallout wiki referring to them as a "totalitarian dictatorship". Their religions tab should display "Cult of Mars", I don't think we know if any other pre-war religion survived (correct me if I'm wrong).

The start year in 2080 is before the second war between the NCR and Ceasar, and it would be more accurate for Nevada to be its own country (New Vegas). "The New Vegas treaty" should be a military tresspassing rights treaty between the NCR and New Vegas.

Shady Sands should be the capital of the NCR (Rename the town Modesto, which is east of San Francisco, it wouldn't be super accurate but it does the job, or create a whole new city if you're able).

Map reference; http://games.thehawkonline.com/fallout/fallout2/maps/f2-worldmap.png

"New California Republic" in the bottom right is Shady Sands.

Unclaimed Territory should be a financial black hole, I'm talking $50 per capita, 99% poverty rate, worse than modern Africa tier. Not something a player could control. Same should go for most of the world really (I'd imagine some players wanting to be outside of North America so I guess go easy on them? Just don't leave their economies in pristine conditions.

This is a good first step and I'd love to see it developed further. However I believe it to be inherently flawed due to the nature of SP2 which is meant to simulate an entire globe of nations, not just North America, seriously crippling the militaries of every other country outside of North America would be a good idea if you ask me.

Morminism survived and is still around across the former U.S.A
It is the largest of the pre-war relgions to still be practised in mass by many wastelanders , no confirmed numbers.

Thanks for the information! It will come in handy when we work on 1.1.

By the way Canada should be lowered in Natural resources due to the US invasion before 2077, Oil production should be increase in Alberta and in Alaska, everything else on the planet should be virtually gone (oil)

I've reinstalled it using every method and guide for installing mods that I could find for this game on the entire internet and still does not work.
Try Magic Box
superpower2.ru/MagicBox/mb4.rar
run as administrator and in options download any mod u want
