As passionate members of the Battlefield community, especially within the Turkish BF Community, we would like to emphasize the importance of Turkish language support (interface, subtitles, and localization) in the upcoming Battlefield title.
Turkey has consistently shown strong support for the Battlefield franchise. A major example of this was Battlefield 1, which included a Turkish interface and subtitles. That move was met with overwhelming appreciation and significantly boosted engagement among Turkish players. The historical setting of BF1 resonated deeply, and the localization allowed more players to enjoy and understand the game in their native language.
Today, the core Battlefield Turkey community has remained loyal for years—patiently awaiting a new release. With the right localization, the next Battlefield game has the potential to reach an even larger Turkish audience. The demand is clear: players want to enjoy the game in their own language. This is not only about accessibility; it's about respect and recognition of a growing and active player base.
We’ve recently seen EA include full Turkish voiceover in FC 26, a significant and welcome step for Turkish gamers. This sets a promising precedent. Extending such localization efforts to the Battlefield series would be an equally smart and appreciated move.
To make this happen, we recommend considering local partners such as 23 Studios, a trusted Istanbul-based localization company. Their experience and quality in localization, dubbing, and audio production are among the best in the region.
Adding Turkish support will:
- Increase regional sales and player engagement in Turkey
- Strengthen the sense of global community and inclusiveness in Battlefield
- Encourage more content creators and streamers to engage with the game
- Align Battlefield with EA’s growing efforts in global localization
We kindly ask you to consider Turkish localization for the new Battlefield game. The Turkish community is ready, loyal, and eager to be part of the next chapter
Thank you for your attention and continued efforts.
Battlefield 6 must support Turkish!
We are waiting for the game to come out in Turkish. We want to play and enjoy the game in our own language. We deserve it like the citizens of other countries.
