Moved to the Bugs&Issues subforum. Have you tried checking the installation for errors?

i verfy the game around 10 times and i delete it and download it

Try restarting the router / connection and also restart Steam

stuck in loading screen and can not get into game to play is there anyone out there to help with this problem ???????

Could try and see if clearing the download cache on Steam will help resolve it, it might not help resolve it but its worth a try

Go to settings on Steam and then downloads tab and down the bottom is the "clear download cache" button

Also try a restart of your pc / laptop and restarting the router / connection

Doing the above sometimes fixes issues but If doing those things does not solve it then contact support@playfulstudios.com and Entuland will help you solve it
