Please help. Unable to play on family server. HP always at zero, no recipes

First of all sorry for my English. Not a native speaker.

I'm unable to play on family server where I played for more then a year now with my brother.

The game works fine on any other server or in any adventure. But whenever I connect to our server my HP and stamina are at zero. Oxygen meter are always on the screen, and character is permanently burning like night creatures in sun light. Glider is not shown when flying, unable to fly properly cause stamina at zero. All my recipes are locked as like I never learned them.

My inventory and toolbar are empty. And most importantly doesn't matter what I do and what I collect during game session it's all gone on next login.

So essentially my character is broken on our server.

Please, I need your help. I really love this game and want to continue playing it. But I don't know if i'll be able to in situation where I can't enjoy it on our server where we built a lot of stuff together during this year.

TL/DR: Can't play on my brother's server. Character is essentially broken there. Works fine on any other server. Please help me fix this. I can provide you all additional information if needed.

Hmm... although at first glance it may seem that your game is broken and it wouldn't hurt to do as Shiva' said, but in the mid time (while they don't look at it more closely) I'm somewhat assuming that it could be a conjunction of other factors.
Being those the need to clear your game's cache upon your PC eventually alongside with lag and/or having been demoted to a visitor upon that world (probably by accident). Please feel free to try those out in the mid time to see if they might help solve your current predicament. <_<

For ex., I know from personal experiences that when I'm upon NA worlds I tend to lag a bit and between my commands and those being reflected upon the world/server many times it takes a while and I may lose something during the process (almost assuredly if I disconnect due to lag in data transfers). ;'p

The problem is not local. I've tried my account on three different computers. Works fine on other servers, broken on one specific server, my brother's.

And yes I already sent my output_log.txt and DxDiag.txt files to Playful support. They told me to reinstall .NET Framework, which I did. Nothing.

We got three steam accounts in the family. And other two works fine on this server on all our home computers.

I'm glad to hear support responded to you already. If reinstallingthe .NET Framework did not fix your issue, reply to them with the same support ticket, let them know what you did; and supply new logs so they can see what is going on
