Take time so long to connect to the world
I cant connect to the world that I create,it take time so long.How to fix it?

and here all along they made me me feel it was my fault. stopped playing cause of these issue
I too have encountered this sometimes but it all depends on my internet connection and sometime the game cache. but I did notice that sometimes when I try to connect, Creativerse sometimes ramp up your upload rate which cause the connection lag. On a good day and good intenet connection, even thought the game spikes the upload rate, the connection to the game is fast.

Connection Issues can be the result of many different things. A recent one to consider is the Steam Summer Sale. During this time Steam is slower to authenticate accounts. However, just to be on the safe side it is a good idea that you follow the steps found on our Connection Issues Page[www.creativersegame.com]

You can also send in a DXDiag.txt and an output_log.txt to support@playfulcorp.com and I can read through them for any issues that may be reported in them. You can find directions for how to get those files on our Contact Support Page[www.creativersegame.com]

I cant connect to my server,it's take long time
Please help.when I connect to my server, its take a lot of time to load to my server.When I uninstall and reinstall ok it faster but when I play next time it's take long time again.

Did you do these options already?

If so, did the problem stop and come back?

Edit: To remove the part of Remy's original reply to you that is no longer relevant and to add that per TheRemyD (support), clearing the cache is no longer necessary except in rare cases. TheRemyD has requested to see anyones logs to track issues that might cause the need to clear the cache.

Hello there. Please try to clean your game's temporary cache inside your PC instead of going through that annoying hassle of uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling the game. Simply search for the default spot in "C:\Users\[Insert User name here]\AppData\LocalLow\PlayfulCorp\Creativerse" and then delete all the content of that folder.

That usually solves my loading hassles for a while. And if that doesn't work then please head into the game's settings and turn it's graphics down a notch or two to see if it has something to do with it (for ex., in highly lit areas it tends to lag). ;'p

I hope that this helps / solves you current predicament. ^^
Edit add: And as sort of a 'last resort' measure I'd do as Shiva' linked (since she now merged the threads together).

You shouldnt need to clear the game cache last I knew so doing what Remy says may be the best course of action.

this way is work but when I play for a while.This problem is happen again T^T

The game is set up now to automatically clear the cache if it has any corruption. If your problem is still continuing, please sent the files reequested to support like was mentioned earlier so that support can figure out what issue you have :al_flower:
