As for stealth tips, you have alot of options. The stun rod is nice for taking out a single enemy fast and silent. The tranq rifle will have a delayed effect unless it's a headshot.
The cloaking augment is obviously god mode, but requires alot of investment of praxis points.
I can recommend upgrading your radar as it gets greater range and you don't need to visually see enemies before they show up.
Unlike dead enemies, unconcious enemies will attract the attention of other enemies without triggering alerts. This means you can tranq/stun/knock out an enamy, then use him as bait to lure enemies. When they bend over to check on/wake up their comrade, knock/stun them in turn.
