Do I lose the "legend" achievement if I change difficulty back and forth?
I really love playing this game in a stealthy way (even without using the ZZZ takedown when possible) but I hate boss fights and I can't beat them on Give me Deus Ex. So, I changed the boss fights to the medium difficulty and then back to the highest. Will this ruin the achievement?

Yes, it will cancel the achievement. If you're having trouble with the bossess, upgrade your Typhoon early in the game. It costs 3 Praxis points, but when fully upgraded, the Typhoon only requires about three hits to each boss to take him/her out. It's an easy way to breeze through the fights and get back to playing the game.

ah dammit, didn't know about that. Already passed 2 bosses on medium difficulty. Well, screw the achievement. Thanks for the info though, maybe if I do a second run I'll try and get it.

The bosses are easy, if you augment in the correct order and use the shotgun.

For the first boss, ensure you have the lung upgrade. After the cutscene, move right behind a pillar and grab a gas cylinder. Maneuver towards the side he's approaching from, and toss the cylinder into his face. While he's choking, blow his face off with the shotgun. If he starts to recover, dash away towards the other end of the room, grab and toss an explosive barrel at him. If he's still alive, duck right into the small room, grab another gas cylinder, and repeat as before. He'll be dead now.

For the second boss, ensure you have dermal upgrades including immunity to EMP. Having all the dermal upgrades at this phase is a good plan. As she approaches after the cutscene, toss an EMP grenade at your feet. As she stands stunned, blow her face off with the shotgun, she'll run away. Notice there are four generators spaced evenly around the room, go stand in front of one. As she approaches you again, repeat the EMP grenade trick. She will attack you and explode the generator, which damages her. Shoot her in the face a couple times and she's dead.

With the last boss just have frag mines. When the cutscene ends, toss a frag mine at him and take cover by stepping forward to the end of the cabinet. Shoot him once or twice. He vaults over the cabinet, toss another frag mine to where he was, then lean left and shoot him once or twice, he vaults back over onto your mine. Shoot him a few times and it's over.

It takes less than thirty seconds for each boss, on maximum difficulty.

i like your tactic's, for me i've yet to kill barrett 1st time, and never the same way twice, the 2nd boss i use the warter in the room and EMP's, shoot her when she stop's, the 3rd boss, HA i fire 3-5 nade's from the launcher, as the cut-scene end's and it's over before it even start's. but barrett has got to be the hardest kill in the game.

I found the bosses really easy, even on the hard mode with a stealthy character.

I used some mines I found earlier on Barret, used gas grenades and an upgraded revolver on the second boss and just punched the third boss in the face.

How do you change difficulty-level in mid-game?
I clicked on Options and went through, but I can't find a way to switch between difficulty-levels.
