This patch also brings improvements to battle pathfinding. Troops will now be distributed more evenly on the battlefield and will clump together less often. Pre-battle troop placement has also been improved, which not only improves clarity when watching a fight but helps improve balance further.
Other improvements in this patch include a new trash card category which will nest certain cards, an improved tutorial, and increased clarity in multiple areas of the game. We can't cover every single change made in this roundup, so make sure to check out the full patch notes here for the full story.

Patch #28 is the newest patch to come to 9 Kings and introduces several quality of life changes, balancing improvements, and a decree rework. Perk build slots are introduced in this patch allowing you to save three different perk loadouts for each king. Decrees have also been reworked in a second pass to ensure each decree is equally powerful in the right context. UI components have also been reworked to provide a clearer look at stats while keeping in mind the simple minimalistic design the devs have envisioned.
Thanks for reading, and happy gaming!
