No Man's Sky

What is the raw JSON data for the Ghosts in the Machine quest?
I got a bugged quest stage and I wanted to force it to load correctly. What is the proper JSON mission log so I can tweak it? I got stuck on the vy keen merchant quest stage (forcing me into a abandoned gek system which makes it impossible to complete.)

EDIT: I found a fix.....

if anyone is curious. I am leaving this for a reference.

If you get this bug at any quest stage. You can use multiplayer to fix it. So ask a friend to help force a quest stage move. And then complete the quest in the new system.

Or fly through a black hole and reset the mission.

Tried that. If you don’t go farther enough, it will not work.

Going into multiplayer WILL work period. So that’s the solution as it works, compared to seldomly working.
Works all the time for me, use middle mouse button in your log on a mission. Or use NMS Save Editor to reset the mission, make it '-1', this is actually much better because completly resetting the mission and not just the waypoints.

And for your initial question: It's not that simple, the missions in JSON are number categories, not full names. First you need to activate the mission in your log, save, and go look under "CurrentMissionID" in JSON category. This will give you the code name of the mission. Then you must search this code name in one of the number categories of the missions, here you can enable-disable it. Not very simple, but the editor is for advanced players...If it gives you headache stay away...

Well, it is actually simple, most people just don't have the patience to wade through code and know the basics of how to modify a code line. , It's just modding that mission does weird things. They tied ACT1_STEP10 (Ghosts in the Machine is tied to it) to alot of smaller missions so when you make it zero or one or even -1. You reset ALOT of other missions. So it works but it's the nuclear option to solving the issue.
