APS Heavy Barrel Upgrade

Heavy barrel is a costly upgrade for the APS which allows for hotter ammo loads, granting much greater stopping power in exchange for a slower rate of fire. Increased stopping power brings the APS's damage output much closer to that of the ADS, allowing for greater variety in how diver's play with automatic rifles.

Mechanics

• New upgrade for APS 'Heavy Barrel' - increases bullet damage but lowers firing speed

UI

• Added STEVE Objective Progress widget to the diver spawn menu
  
• Fixed issue which removed the ability to equip skins at the in-game store

Content

• Added Randall the Seal (DPV Skin) inspect animation

Modding

• Removed some unused fields from skin archetypes

• Fixed issue where tooltips on event rewards could look 'doubled up'.
  
• Fixed event menus showing Coldblood Mako skin at 70 games (should be 75).

• Auto-inspect of weapons now only happens in the dive cage.

The event should end on the 22nd of January - not the 10th of January as it's current saying in the Event menu (something for me to fix...)

see if this is how every event was treated, unlike that garbage pay2earn terror night halloween one i would buy a friend a copy of the game, for next year.

ill definitely play a lot more to get these skins though
