Odd but Fortunate Glitch

I'm gonna preface this by saying I have no idea how this happened or what I did to cause it. By the time I noticed it, I was already to Beaton, so I'm not certain when the glitch came into effect.
I noticed on the save screen that the $77 I had in my wallet had magically changed into well over $200,000. There were also 120 Bacon Bombs in my food inventory that I definitely had not purchased.
I'm on my 3d playthrough and nothing like this has happened before, so it's not like it's ruining the experience for me or anything, but it's still pretty funny. I'm fairly certain it's a glitch, right?
