Hi, game is not working on my laptop pc , but when trying from desktop pc it is working? they are have both using windows 8.1 , so whats difference?

I tried to play this with 4 gamepads (yes, 4). One of them did not work at all, and the other 3 failed on the R-axis. It was possible to configure the R-axis in the settings menu. But in game, it didn't recognize my setting/input. Does anyone have a fix for this?...
