People need to be informed about different economies. You don't need to be an economist to understand this simple concept.
I'll make this as simple as possible.

-> Minimum wage in South East Asia and Russia is around 60 cents to $1 an hour.
-> Minimum wage in the US and Europe is around $7 to $30 an hour.
-> US and EU games = $60, 60 euros. <- this is justified because Europeans earn more.
-> US games = $60
-> Asian/Russian games = $30
-> Americans earn around 7 times more than South East Asians and more than 10 times more than Russians.
-> The price is still unfair to Russians and South East Asians.

I have lived in Europe for years, and I remember how easy it was for my grand parents to give 10 euros as an allowance, whereas giving me the equivalent in Thai Baht would be insane.
