Why is the driving so bad?
In GTA IV the cars felt meaty, they felt like they were connected to the ground and had some weight to them. In GTA V, the cars seem to be just floaty, like a bad Need for Speed ripoff. Why did they change it?

The cars seem ok for me except the ability to do high speed turns, I found I have to Brake heavy then turn or it just hit stuff. But I hear ya the Float like mad over the small humps in the road.

I use a Xbox controller, mouse and keyboard just doesn't feel smooth.. I can't get use to it, I'll stick with my controller!

I think most people took issue with the GTAIV car physics. They were quite a departure from previous games. I think 5 is a mix between the 2.

Have to say I quite enjoy it.

Nope, the few races in GTA IV were way better than this. Anyway 99% of the drving you do is not races.

While I appreciated the realism GTA IV strived for, I absolutely hated the driving physics. Nothing quite like pinballing between fifteen cars before lightly tapping into a police car all because you wanted to do a simple three point turn.

I think the driving is much improved over IV. Having a blast flying over bumps in the road.

Think the driving is pretty decent for an arcade style game.. if i want to play a sim I go play Project Cars.
