Actually, I believe that I'll be letting GTA 6 go for a few years, completely ignoring it. I'll be taking VI completely off my radar, and will focus on other games for awhile. I have GTA Online as well as other sandbox game options, so I really don't feel as though I need to bother with GTA VI anymore.
Maybe in 5 years, I'll take another look at GTA VI, maybe not. We'll see.
edit:
I'll play GTA Online of course, but that will be all the cares that the GTA series will get from me from now on.
it also gives them plenty of time so its not another cyberpunk
guess you people are not old enough to remember that GTAV was also a timed console exclusive
It's been overdone, and now that GTA is finally at the visual fidelity that most have wanted all along, they're now forced to wait for 2 or 3 years for a PC release. I mean, the wait is literally just for the sake of money, so you know, kinda annoying.
edit:
As for me, well, my first comment pretty much says it all on my stance.
Poor GTAO direction(futuristic gadgets) and braindead pvp.
How they treated RDR2, dropped its online storyline, don't even let you buy outlaw passes in a game without updates, poor role development and missions/content amount.
Bad PC ports releases(gta 5 was a bsod simulator on release for me).
Massive security issues in their latest games.
How they treated remastering of 3d trilogy
They don't care about keeping legacy (GTA 1-2, Midnight Club, music in older GTA titles)
They don't listen to what people ask for(RDR port).
How they treat the modding scene and controversy before "definitive edition" release.
How they treat cheaters and ban people, also practically non-existent anti-cheat.
Ignoring PC platform just to release 30 fps console version(i wonder how it will run on series S) for cashgrab.
But clowns buying consoles just to play gta existed in 2013 and will appear again this time.

Scroll down until end of the page.
Only shows PS5 and Xbox Series X|S logos.
Besides that, GTA ain't that special, so I'm certainly in no hurry to play it. I got at least 2 other modded game options that are more than good enough fill the void and then some while I wait, AND wait for a major discount, not to mention GTA Online. So you know, don't care, not a loss for me.
Pretty sure EGS will put it on Exclusive too when it comes to PC.
And then the EGS haters gonna cry. XD
I also think about RS will release VI first on RSGL and Epic first. Then Steam. So waiting for Steam release is okay but expect late release from on Steam.
