Script Hook V fatal error

I play with a lot of single player mods. When are they going to update Script Hook V? I keep getting Script Hook V fatal error when I start gta 5.

Basically you can download previous version of games in Steam, including GTA V from steamdb.info

I was following this tutorial here:

After completing tutorial, just don't forget to make steam offline mode everytime you play. Otherwise, Steam will automatic download last update/version.

you have to keep steam in offline mode perminently. i like having a connection to the internet, including on steam, so no thank you, ill wait.

Downgrading is no longer necessary as all the required files have been updated to work with the new game version.
