GTAV Redux Fix for Biker Update

After doing some googling on how to get this mod working, I finally got this mod to work for me with the Biker Update.

1. Reinstall your GTAV so you get a clean installation.

2. Follow the appropriate steps to install GTAV Redux including the Day 1 patch.

3. Go to your GTAV Directory/update/x64/dlcpacks/ copy the mpbiker folder and put that in to your mods folder.

4. Update your GTAV Script hook, the latest release was Oct 5, 2016 for version 1.0.877.1. You just have to copy and paste the dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll into your main GTAV directory.

5. You need to download this gameconfig patch which contains an updated gameconfig.xml which you use OpenIV to replace the xml file located at: GTAV / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data. Ofcourse back up your gameconfig.xml thats in there and then press edit mode and copy / paste over the modified gameconfig.xml

I did not have to delete x64a or anything like that. I just did these exact steps and I am able to play GTA V Redux finally!

Thanks to thePain from the gtaVRedux comments section for pointing out the gameconfig.xml update and Weltenfeind \ Killer Penguino in one of the Steam threads for pointing out key steps in order to fix the crashes :D

This is a mod and Rockstar stated that any kind of mod, even visual mods, can get you banned.

I also wanted to let you guys know that this did not work for me. I have spent about 4 hours trying to get this mod working and it just refuses to work. I've already done fresh installs 3 times now and I'm convinced that this mod is now completely broken.

They don't ban for using mods for storymode if you know what you are doing, are careful, or read/execute install/uninstall instructions properly, or take the necessary precautions.

This worked for me and I was able to do it with a backup copy of the mods folder. I copied mods back into the game then followed these steps except for the fresh install.

This fix did not work for me. I did everything as you have it in your post. And i am getting a game memory allocation error reboot and restart. Can't figure it out and have to keep reinstalling the game to fix it.

The actual error message is as follows. Error_mem_multialloc_free. And a error box pops up and says. Game memory error please reboot and restart your computer

I feel Redux is just FUBAR until they update it.

Edit:
Clean GTA V - works
OpenIV plugins - works
ScriptHook V .877 - works
ReShade Option 2 (Deep & Rich) - works

Now onto the final steps...

Edit 2:
Delete Reshade and correlating files.
Install Redux Package.
Install Redux Patch 1 Package.
copy mpbiker in mods folder.
replace gameconfig.xml in in data folder under /mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Loads game save - success :D

Edit 3:
Reshade Option 1 (Redux Original) - works
Reshade Option 2 (Deep & Rich) [havn't deleted d3d11.dll from (Redux Original)] - works

Hmm did you copy the folder mpbiker or just the file?

Same for me. Keeps crashing after loading the reshade in the next second... I did absolutely everything to make it work but..
