Can't log in to Social Club - Steam Account

After spending more than a month without logging into steam, today when I tried to play some GTA V it asked me to log into my Social Club account. Here's the thing, through out the years I've bought this game 3 times (Xbox 360, PS4, and recently PC), but my email only links to the account from PS4.

The email I use for steam, is the same I used to sign in to the Social Club, but it just keeps saying: This Steam Account is already linked to another social club account.

My question is, which one? Where can I find it?

Okay, so I was spelunking through steam and R* support and I found this:

it helped as much as a concrete slab would help someone who is drawning, BUT, it let me to find the Social Club log which gives me this:

So, my guess is that this is a R* issue with the login servers

There's probably been 500+ threads about this in the last 10 days. Go contact R* support.
They force logged everyone out - some are having "issues" relogging back in.

If you want to live chat support with them (and you can't log into the website -.-) - create a NEW social club account on the website (just to talk to them with), and use THAT to submit the ticket with a VERIFIED email... then you can give them your steam info/cdkey and sort out your problem. (Rightclick gtav in steam - view cd key)

You submit a ticket, platform - PC. Issue - Social club. Then you pick LIVE CHAT. Then wait. -.-

Wow, you can log into social club, but when you go to the support page, you can't log in anymore, it's loading and bam, you're back at the homepage of the support area... great Rockstar* you don't let me log into my freshly purchased game and you don't let me log into your stupid support page to get the issue fixed, great way to avoid customer contact...

I already refunded the game once because it didn't work... then I thought ok, let's try it again and also write the support this time and you kick me in the face... thx Rockstar'... thx for nothing

It's strange that it doesn't give us error message saying we are trying to log into wrong account.

that is normally 90% what it is most the time. someone forgot they had a capitol letter somewhere. caps lock enabled. or just mixed up their emails. i can still remember the first email username and password i made back in the 90's.... and havent used since uo sold to ea :P

Where is the live chat option, it literally doesn't exist on the site

Per a different thread on this stupid issue -

*Edit - Look - almost a year later - still updating this horsedung. There is/used to be a livechat/webchat option. They also had a callback button for support to call you back. Whether or not those buttons are "still" there - who knows. I quit looking, they were changing the website every day or 2 for weeks.

Further update - one day, I can go find it under various options. Try again an hour later, and they've moved or vanished entirely. Check again 5 hours later and it'll appear in a single location. It is dumb, they are dumb, the entire process is dumb, the entire issue is dumb.
