So, my guess is that this is a R* issue with the login servers
They force logged everyone out - some are having "issues" relogging back in.
If you want to live chat support with them (and you can't log into the website -.-) - create a NEW social club account on the website (just to talk to them with), and use THAT to submit the ticket with a VERIFIED email... then you can give them your steam info/cdkey and sort out your problem. (Rightclick gtav in steam - view cd key)

You submit a ticket, platform - PC. Issue - Social club. Then you pick LIVE CHAT. Then wait. -.-
I already refunded the game once because it didn't work... then I thought ok, let's try it again and also write the support this time and you kick me in the face... thx Rockstar'... thx for nothing
It's strange that it doesn't give us error message saying we are trying to log into wrong account.
Maybe one of you is going to feel stupid as I do, for trying to log into wrong Social Club Account ^^, for you I send hugs.
*Edit - Look - almost a year later - still updating this horsedung. There is/used to be a livechat/webchat option. They also had a callback button for support to call you back. Whether or not those buttons are "still" there - who knows. I quit looking, they were changing the website every day or 2 for weeks.
Further update - one day, I can go find it under various options. Try again an hour later, and they've moved or vanished entirely. Check again 5 hours later and it'll appear in a single location. It is dumb, they are dumb, the entire process is dumb, the entire issue is dumb.
