"GTA V Launcher has stopped working" while the social club client boots

Every time I launch the game, it starts the social club client, the circle spins then stops. Hard crash, I get the message "Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has stopped working" before the game even starts. I have only had this problem since today, and I was even playing the mp last night no problem, but now I can't even enter the game. I have reinstalled, re-validated and even gone in and tried to reinstall a new social club client, but the install says it can't find GTA V, probably because I own it on Steam.

I have tried the fix where you copy the files form x86 to programs but that also was a no go.

If you could help me fix this issue it would be much appreciated!

Running afterburner/riva statistics? Stop/close/end and try again (or any other overlay, audio, video, performance related program). 15+ people since Windows 10 Creator's update have had that exact issue. Then, whatever is causing the problem - you could try uninstalling/reinstalling. YMMV~

Above no work? Do below-- (to verify clean/install and produce some "usable" logs/reports...)

Do sections 1-2-3-4 in the link below. Test gtav between each.
(undo any admin compatability changes before doing the list)
(these directions are also going to clean/remove all mods/menus(if any) if done properly)
Still don't work after the 4 sections? Do the 5th section / post the logs/crash reports (post here)

Additional 3rd party AV, firewall, security, vpn, network optimization/filtering software, audio/video software, performance monitoring software, anything with overlays can also interfere. Stop, close, end them and try again. Unplug any usb device except kb/mouse also.

I updated Rivatuner to 7.0 beta and it worked again.

I just reinstalled the game and it worked for me, i also uninstalled my avg antivirus programe since apparently i had two running at the same time which made a mixmatch in the firewall.
